AI Health Studio LLC d/b/a MedRecords AI (“MedRecords AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use our websites, applications, or other services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from users of our Services (“Users”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Service (or successor URL).
1. Information We Collect and Store
We may collect a variety of personal information from or about you and your devices, as described below.
A. Information You Provide to Us
• Registration. When you register for an account, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and (optionally) a profile picture. If you choose to register using a third-party service (e.g., Google, Microsoft), we collect the information described in “Platform Sign-On” below.
• Your Use of the Services. Depending on the Service’s features, you may upload or share personal information such as medical summaries or other documents. When you communicate with other Users, we transmit the information you choose to share.
• Communications. If you contact us directly (for support or otherwise), we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you subscribe to our marketing communications, we collect your email address.
• Surveys. If you complete surveys we send you, we collect the responses you provide.
B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
• Location Information. We may infer your general location from your IP address.
• Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access the Services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system version.
• Usage Information. We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as the pages you visit, links you click, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and our third-party partners may use cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies to collect information. Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server. C. Personal Information We Receive from Third Parties
• Platform Sign-On. If you register using a third-party account, such as Google or Microsoft, we receive personal information including your name, profile picture, and email address from that third party.
• Partners. We may receive personal information about you from our partners and combine it with other information we have about you.

We may use the personal information we collect:
1. To provide, maintain, debug, and improve our Services;

3. How We share the Information We Collect
We do not share or otherwise disclose your personal information except as described below or otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection.
• Other Users. If the Services enable you to share content (e.g., medical summaries) with others, your name, profile picture, and shared content may be visible to those Users. Please be cautious about sharing sensitive information.
• Messages with Other Users. When you send messages or share content directly with other Users, those Users can see the information you provide.
• Affiliates. We may share information with our affiliates for the purposes described in this Policy.
• Vendors and Service Providers. We may share information with third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics providers.
• Analytics Partners. We may work with analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics) to collect usage data to help us improve the Services.
• As Required by Law and Similar Disclosures. We may access, preserve, and disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law enforcement requests, legal obligations, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

4. Your Choices
• Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in those messages. Note that you will still receive certain administrative communications from us.
• Do Not Track. Our Services currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
5. Third Parties
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with any personal information.
6. Security
We make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information by using physical, organizational, and technological safeguards designed to improve the security of the data we maintain. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. International Visitors
Our Services are hosted in and intended for users in the United States. If you choose to use our Services from outside the United States, you are transferring your data to the United States for processing and storage. By providing any information to us, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
8. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it in accordance with applicable law.
