Program overview
Rule 69L-7.604 incorporates the 1996 Florida Uniform Permanent Impairment Rating Schedule for injuries on or after its effective date; the certifying doctor assigns the rating after MMI.
Florida runs a IRE / Schedule programme and rates on state schedule, not ama (1996 Florida Impairment Rating Schedule). The rating standard is set by the jurisdiction, not by the examiner, so the same clinical findings can produce different numbers across the 10 states profiled here.
